The "Service" email address was a sales email not an IT email. If you are not already familiar with installing OEM versions beware!
Instead I installed from a version freely available over the Internet from Microsoft. I have not yet had time to install and re-install over and over to work around them to get a working install. I tried to install in 3 different ways and it failed on each occasion. It cannot be used to upgrade an existing partition, might require OEM tools etc. Yes, if you pan over the picture you can read the DVD cover to see the OEM restrictions, and you should read the cover. I chose this INSTEAD of other OEM versions I decided not to purchase. Visually, there is nothing in the ad that states that. Beware! Pan over the picture of the DVD and read carefully. Great value, super price, and excellent customer support. Had problem with product key, bu t since I had install glitches, initially O/S said it was Valid, then final install and MS Support said no good. If you have a flashing screen during install process, it maybe IDT High Definition Audio driver that seems to even give cloning software a hard time. Best to download April 2018 version of 1803 as an ISO file using Media Creation Tool from Microsoft site, and then load on all your machines with specific product keys. Expect to use a ton of broadband in downloading updates with Windows 10 I blew thru 50 GB on two machines in two months. Best to load from DVD at system start-up on a scrubbed machine, but not necessary to scrub it. If can't do one without the other, just back-up your data/doc files and reload on new install. This is really a system builder version of Windows 10 you basically will want only to keep your data files and blow out the apps.
Best way to avoid overpaying Microsoft for their Win10 software!!
